Does your company test on animals?

We love animals at Holy Grail Beauty and are strongly opposed to animal testing. We do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you containing your tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship all our orders within 48 hours on working days. 

UK orders are shipped using Hermes and deliveries are made with 2-4 working days from dispatch. 

Orders to countries within the European Union are shipped using Royal Mail standard shipping service and take 5-7 working days. 

US and International orders are shipped via Parcel2Go tracked service to ensure the security of your package and take between 10-20 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please e-mail alicia@holygrail-beauty.com with your details and request for order cancellation.

We value your privacy and do not share your personal information with any other parties. You can view our full privacy policy here. 

What is your return policy?

If your product is faulty, delivered in an unsatisfactory condition or you have received the wrong item, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

We do not accept returns of opened or used products. All sales are final.
